Head of Kenova, Sir Iain Livingstone and his predecessor, PSNI Chief Constable Jon Boutcher, have spoken about legacy at Government and the Northern Ireland Policing Board.
They appeared along with Baroness Nuala O’Loan, a member of the Kenova Independent Steering Group, at the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee on 23 April to provide evidence on ‘The Government’s new approach to addressing the legacy of the past in Northern Ireland’.
