Jon Boutcher appears at Northern Ireland Affairs Committee

Kenova lead Jon Boutcher has given evidence at the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee regarding the proposed changes to legacy investigations.

The former Chief Constable answered questions and gave his thoughts on potential changes needed to make the draft legislation more 'victim-centred'.

He was joined by PSNI Deputy Chief Constable Mark Hamilton in the session Addressig the Legacy of Northern Ireland's past: The UK Government's New Proposals.
