Kenova gives evidence at Northern Ireland Affairs Committee

The Kenova Interim Report was scrutinised at a special hearing of the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee today (Tuesday, 23 April).

Kenova Lead Sir Iain Livingstone was joined by his predecessor, Chief Constable of Police Service of Northern Ireland Jon Boutcher, and Judith Thompson from the Victim Focus Group at the hearing at the Houses of Parliament.

The panel responded to a range of questions in the two-and-a-half hour session on topics including the recommendations of the report, the Neither Confim Nor Deny policy and learning for the Independent Commission for Reconcilliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) which launches next month.

Sir lain also reinforced his commitment to deliver final reports on all the Kenova investigations and reviews.
